Flank Steak Fajitas with Salsa and Guacamole

Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1⁄2 cup (125 mL) fresh cilantro (coriander), chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup (60 mL) white onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1⁄4 cup (60 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cumin
  • pinch salt

Method

  1. Peel and core avocados. Mash lightly in a medium bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
