Free of: All top allergens except mustard and gluten-free.
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 shallot minced
- 1/3 cup of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup olive oil
- Combine all ingredients except the olive oil.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil
