My name is Nikki, and I'm almost 15. I'm allergic to all nuts, soy protein/flour, tuna, and green peas. And maybe melons too. And a lot of medicines, but I haven't memorized those. Me and my sister have almost the same allergies. I decided to join because lately I've been feeling like I want to talk to more people like me, besides my sister. Anyway, besides my allergies, I'm pretty much normal :D

Hi Nikki! Glad you found us.

Soy is a hard allergen to manage because it's in so many things.
How do you manage it?

What do you see as the hardest part of being a teen with food allergies?

Do you find that restaurants take you seriously?
