Hello, I'm Marie I'm 35 years-old and have been dealing with anaphylaxis for the past 5 years. I am currently working with Drs at National Jewish to figure out what foods are causing the reactions. I hope to gain valuable information here.

Thanks! :D

Hi!
Are you saying that you've had anaphylaxis reactions for the past 5 years without knowing what is causing them?

Yep. At first we thought it was shrimp, but I did a food challenge and was able to eat shrimp all day long with no reaction. Every test they have done comes back negative. And, I can go months without having a reaction.

That is really difficult. It makes me realize how lucky we are to know our allergens.

Good luck to with you the continued testing.
