 Post subject: New to allergies!

I recently found out that I'm allergic to dairy, soy, peanut, almond, and mildly to egg.
Looking at what I can eat now exactly. I've been drinking rice milk and eating rice bread. But curious how to get more calcium! As I cannot even have soy yogurt and cheese. I know I should be eating more dark green veggies.
Also what can I have instead of peanut butter/almond butter for toast...etc

Hi glad you found us. Having both a milk and soy allergy is difficult.
You can always use Vance's Darifree instead of rice milk and sunbutter instead of peanut butter.
