New member here. :) I'm 17 and I've had food allergies for about 2 years now. My allergies alone have changed a lot in those last 2 years. When I was first self-diagnosing, I was only allergic to wheat and rice. Now, since seeing two allergists, my allergy list is quite long. I am allergic to wheat, rice, corn (This is more of an intolerance as I do eat things that have corn starch in it), milk (Another intolerance rather than an allergy), bananas, raw apples (I do have OAS), and cauliflower, as well as having irritation to tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers, and oranges. It gets very hard to eat sometimes, especially having to pack everyday for school. I'm just a walking allergy, I guess? Anyway, it's nice to meet you all!

Yeah, I've definitely been on a rollercoaster with this stuff just this year alone. I started seeing this iridologist/naturalist/dietitian type person for my allergies. He's helped a lot and every time I see him he seems to put me on a new diet to clean out my body. My latest diet has been consisting of raw foods and limiting sugars, vinegars, and carbs. And even with my allergies and trying to follow this diet, it's so hard. :banghead
