Hello all I found this website from another website livingwithallergies.ca. I have found for years that living with my allergies has become very hard to live day to day. Everything from dieting, to socializing my allergies get in the way...Allergic to perfumes/scents, asthma due to perfume scents, bee stings, food allergies - mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, all peppers, celery, ham, raisins, coconut, icing sugar, strawberries and four other foods (won't know until digested as per allergist) - anaphylactic carries epi-pen and other medication.

Some days I am afraid to eat anything new for fear of an attack. I look forward to looking through the website and seeing the posts in the forum.

Sherry

Welcome, Sherry.

Holy smokes, sounds like you've been having a rough time. Good luck with the cont'd testing.

Are these mainly adult-onset food allergies and environmental sensitivities?

Welcome, Sherry! That's a long list. my advice is to use the search engine to look for specific threads. There is so much information to absorb.

If you don't see your topic of interest, start one. We can direct you to a thread if one exsists or we can start a new one. One thing that I've learned is that each of us can learn something new and offer tips or suggestions to others.
