Karen,

I know you asked about restaurants but it still is possible to go to Great Wolf Lodge if you bring your own food. I know it's not much of a vacation for you though. You can bring a cooler full of safe foods. The fridge is small but you could go to the grocery store and stock up on stuff (a lot of work, I know). There's also a microwave. You may want to bring some cleaning supplies to clean the fridge and microwave again, just to be sure.

If you want to go out to eat on one of the nights, you could head to St. Catharines and eat at the restaurant recommended by laurie15. You don't need to stay that long as you can use the waterpark the day you check in and all day on the day you check out.
