Just returned from Disney and was excited to see a new allergy food kiosk in animal kingdom. They have Enjoy Life products, gluten-free baking, nut-free caramel popcorn and Go Raw granola bars. They also have a brochure that lists various walk up fast service restaurants and which menu items would be nut-free, peanut-free etc. I bought more than I should have, just because I want them to know how much I support them!

I only herd rumours about this before and am very excited to hear that it actually exists! Where is it located in the park? Was the staff member at the kiosk knowledgeable about allergies or was it just the brochure with the allergy information?

We're going to Walt Disney World next year and cannot wait to visit this kiosk. Great tip. Thank you!!

I'm sorry, I'm terrible with directions. But I'm sure if you asked at Guest Services when you enter the park, they'll be able to tell you. Not sure if the clerk was knowledgeable or not. He did ask me what I was allergic to, and told me that the gluten-free products were made at place where there might be cross-contamination with my allergens. Very friendly and seemed to be excited about this new venue though.

That sounds great! I wonder if the same thing exists at Disneyland...

I asked the wonderful people at AllergyFreeMouse (via Facebook) for the location for the special diets kiosk and they said:
"It's on Discovery Island on the far side of It's Tough to Be a Bug, and it's called the Garden Kiosk. Let us know what you find!"
