The Natural Factors person I spoke to said that all acidophilus contains dairy.

But I think she's wrong. Andrew's had no problems with the Sisu brands, all of which specifically say that they don't contain dairy.

Good question.

I did a quick Google for "dairy-free acidophilus" and a whole bunch of companies' products came up. So it seems that acidophilus doesn't need to be made from dairy.
