My daughter is recovering from pneumonia. There has been so much illness at her school and she picked up the flu and then pneumonia. It has taken a long time for her to finally feel better. With asthma, we know that she is at a higher risk of respiratory complications with the flu. This is her first time with flu and pneumonia. She can't get the flu vacine with her egg allergy but does anyone know if the pneumonia vacine is safe for children and for people with egg allergies? We see the doctor this week again but I thought I would ask ahead of time.
