I'm crazy of course and in September i'll be doing my first triathlon. I want to carry my inhaler with me just in case, but considering there is a portion in the water, I'll need to put my inhaler in a waterproof container I assume for the water portion. Any ideas?

Here's one idea: Spibelt (orginally designed for runners) has the following item:

To see other similar items, check out their website spibelt.com. Good luck with your triathlon!

We use spibelts for the kids' epipens, and like them. We have the water resistant one without the plastic inner bag, but obviously don't submerse it.

When I am out on the water with the kids, I use a hard plastic box that is waterproof for their epipens. There are also other products here that might work for you. I assume an inhaler is shorter but wider than an epipen?

MEC also has the Aquapac waterproof soft pouches that are for cameras, phones, and such that work really well and can be tucked into your swimsuit without being as bulky as the hard cases.

Good luck with the triathlon!
