Halloween Mars Bars say "peanut free". Does that mean tree-nut free as well? I am assuming that because it doesn't include tree nuts in the ingredients nor does it say "may contain nuts" that it is safe.

I read on another board that it is also nut free, but I wouldn't trust 3rd party info - maybe give them a call or send them a note - I'm sure they'll be able to answer your question.
