A friend just asked if soy nuts were related to peanuts. I don't think I have ever eaten a soy nut before but have reacted with soy milk. I have eaten many things over the years that contain soy (in looking on the internet for answers, there were huge lists of foods that contain soy) with no noticable side effects. Any thoughts?

Soy and peanuts are both legumes. Some folks can have either, some folks react to both.

I react to both, but am fine with other legumes.
