Hi, I am wondering if someone could possibly help me or send me in the right direction of understanding the latest RAST results for my son.

In September 05 when he had his first peanut reaction he was given a RAST test that showed his peanut allergy at Level 12.

In May 06 when we took him to an allergist he showed a "severe" reaction to the skin test.

In December 06 during his 3 year visit another RAST test was done and it now shows that his peanut level is 4.

Does this mean he is "outgrowing" this peanut allergy.

He had similar level results for sesame seeds, almonds and macadamia nuts. His Hazelnut level was 14.9 and he was shown to be negative for walnuts and pecans.

I can't make any sense out of this. Are there any good resources out there for me to understand these blood test levels?

Thanks
