Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know if you have a peanut allergy to also know that a fruit called Tamarind is in the same family as the peanut and I have devleoped an allergy to it.
They are both in the fabaceae family. I found this out after eating barbeque sauce and broke out in hives after 1 bite around my mouth and started getting a really itchy throat. I had no idea at the time what caused it but took down all the ingredents. The 2nd time landed me in the ER.
