Hi all & Happy New Year,

I just bought some Shreddies at the grocery store to make a dried fruit and cereal mix for DD's Nursery School for my duty day tomorrow. On the ingredients list it made no mention of nuts and at the end of the list it stated that it contains wheat and barley ingredients. I decided to buy and call but no one is answering the Post information line and I am finding conflicting and very old information online.

Does anyone eat Shreddies? Does anyone know if it is safe?

Thanks!

We do eat shreddies, I have found Post to be reliable with their labelling, but it is certainly a good idea to double check.

I also eat them and have never had a problem.
