I picked up the latest edition of "Alive" magazine (Feb. 2007) and read an article about the Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co. (two restaurant locations: Canmore Alberta and Vancouver British Coumbia). The article made no mention of being allergen-friendly or allergen-free, but noticed in one of the pictures that one of the co-owners was wearing a "no nuts" t-shirt. I sent them off an email and received this response:

Quote:
There is not a nut on the premises (except me!) - your
4 year old is safe. Looking forward to seeing you
soon maybe.

Thanks Suzanne

Thought I'd pass along. Not sure about other allergens, but perhaps because they are allergy aware, they are free of other allergens and/or able to accommodate other allergies.
They make flatbread pizzas (also available in freezer section of "fine" grocery stores), pasta, soups. 100% organic, no GMO's, trans fats, preservatives, or artificial flavours. The food looks fantastic and delicious! (I wish I lived out west!)

Here's their website: http://www.rockymountainflatbread.ca/index.html
