When we ordered our usual cheese-free pizza yesterday, the person taking our order asked if we would like Daiya cheese instead. Wow, we weren't expecting that, and no extra charge on the bill. Bonus. We really enjoyed our pizza with Daiya. Definitely doing it again. <3 Panago :)

They're awesome, aren't they? We were also offered Daiya when we ordered our cheese-free pizza the last couple of times. Too bad DS doesn't like Daiya. Well, actually, he's never tried it, but when I bought some previously, he wouldn't even try it based on smell. . . . He's happy with his multigrain thin crust pepperoni pizza without cheese, though.

That's awesome! Interesting to read about "Panago"... they seem to be allergy aware! We don't order pizza, but maybe we might if others seem to be satisfied with their allergy awareness. Honestly, I never considered looking into Panago, but maybe we should! It looks like those in this thread are dealing with the same allergies, so could be a good option?

We always make sure to place our order in person the first time we use a particular location, just to make sure the staff understand the allergies, but we've never had a problem with them and the staff seem to make suggestions for substitutions, make custom orders, etc. I would be extra cautious with a very sensitive dairy allergy though, where traces of traces may be a problem, as this is a pizza place after all (traces of dairy are okay for us, so I cannot be 100% certain they are safe for all dairy allergies). You can talk to them and see if they fit into your comfort zone. For us, the fact that they are peanut-free, tree nut-free, and have been able to accommodate our other allergies has been HUGE, particularly when we travel.
