I am still looking for someone so accomodate us with our wedding this summer. Does anyone know of any caterer/venue in winnipeg that I can trust with my daughters allergies?

I've heard that the EAT! bistro in Winnipeg is a good place for gluten-free dining, so they may have reliable awareness of dairy and other allergies, too.

Haven't been, so can't recommend personally. I was told they did catering (not sure if still true). Might be worth at least asking the owner. If not a fit, she might know a good "friendly" caterer: http://www.eatbistro.ca/
