I'm planning a trip to Florida in the summer and I'm sending e-mails to restaurants requesting lists of safe foods. In England there are a couple of items that I can eat at McDonalds and I know people say that they visit them all over the world as the food is the same - no it's not. I've just checked the ingredients lists and the choice of foods in the USA McDonalds for me is very little, glad I checked before I visited, don't fancy adding the local ER to my list of places visited. So take care if you outside your country.

For those of you visiting the UK you will find our European regulations labelling better as we have 14 items to declare on ingredients lists, including mustard and celery.
