This may seems like a silly question, but are there any restaurants at the food court that are safe for those with nut allergies?

We eat at Made in Japan Teriyaki Experience. I like that it's prepared in front of me. I called last year about the Pan-Asian sauce and was told it did not contain peanuts or treenuts. I just called their 1-800 number again. (If you get the meal to go, the lid can be used as a plate and there is plenty of food for an adult and a child)

I see that New York Fries uses sunflower oil . We don't eat there because we are avoiding much more so I'm not sure about other ingredients.

Most food court restaurants have websites, you could look them up. :)

NY Fries has told me that they can not guarantee it is safe for tree nut and peanut allergies --- don't know if it is okay for one of them though since I ask about both.

We just checked Wendy's nutrition info online and there are a lot of foods without tree nuts or peanuts!

We would try Japanese as well.

A&W has a listing available at the restaurant which was very detailed and again found safe items re tree nuts and peanuts.

McDonalds has a detailed listing on their website too.

I'm really surprised about NYF, I thought it was considered safe for peanut/tree nut allergies.

Does the reply in this thread still hold true?

arrrghhh lost my lengthy reply --- short version:

Hopefully the employee I spoke to was being overly cautious since that other post you linked had a lot of detail!

I'll ask again to find out if he is just overly cautious...
