We're going for a weekend trip to Ottawa(basketball tournament)
Is there anyone from the area who can recommend any allergy-aware restaurants
We are avoiding peanuts, nuts and eggs.
Thank you very much

I've found the Milestones in Ottawa to be good (speaking as a visitor).
Anyone from Ottawa care to chime in?

I'm sorry, we haven't hit the 'eating out' chapter of our lives yet with our DS. Terrible two's plus allergies  that would be SCARY!!

We don't eat put much. I've heard good things about Kelsey's, the Keg or Swiss Chalet.

Just re-reading the original post.

If you are avoiding peanut, tree nuts and egg, you should be able to eat at food courts that have Made in Japan-Teryaki Experience. These malls have this franchise:Bayshore, Carlingwood and Rideau Place (downtown). Others may as well.

Dd likes the yakosoba noodles (buckwheat-no egg) and the teriyaki sauce. We get the meal to go and that way the container can become 2 plates. A service of rice in a clam shell opened, allows me to place an extra portion of noodles and veggies in the top.

I like that the food is prepared in front of you and they only use water so it's fairly healthy!
