I just called Wild Wing to order delivery and told them I had a tree nut allergy before I ordered. I was put on hold for a long time then was told that they did not have ingredient lists for their sauces because they transfer all sauces into their own containers when they are shipped to them. :scratchy WHAT!? I thought all restaurants had ingredient lists? Don't they have to have ingredient lists? I can understand if they told me they could not guarantee crossing with another product in their kitchen but not having ingredients altogether? :scratchy Has anyone else run into this?
I am so annoyed at this moment.... I love their wings :(

Edit to add: I sent head office an email to inquire. I will let you all know what I find out.

I have found Wild Wings to not be very allergy friendly. They cross-contaminate fryers, so I can't even have the wings because they fry shrimp in the same fryers. You would think with the volume they do, they could have separate fryers for wings and french fries? When friends want to gather at Wild Wings - because of their "grub", beer selection and tons of TVs, I usually come on a full-stomach and just have a beer.

I have found so many other restaurants that are willing to accommodate my allergies, that if I even have the slightest doubt, or get a slight eye-roll or run-around by any staff member at a restaurant, I leave. It isn't worth a reaction.
