C'mon Postal dispute in Canada - end already.

There's a great magazine trapped in your system, urgently wanting to reach anticipating readers.

In better news, the U.S. edition of Summer Allergic Living is starting to land.

I love our new Summer beach cover - 8) 8) with a real mother/daughter team (daughter was my little buddy on set). Here's a look at some of the good reading - that's trying to reach you!!

• Get Your Life Back!: When your child has food allergies, your own quality of life can really suffer. How to balance caution with truly living life.
• Schooled in Asthma: The evidence is in: going to school near a busy highway greatly increases the odds of a student having an asthma attack. So where are the urban planning answers?
• The Skinny on the Gluten-Free Diet: Will eating gluten-free shed pounds as well as pain? Don’t bet on it.
• Dietitian Shelley Case's ultimate nutritional comparison chart of gluten-free cereals.
• Thrill of the Grill: Chef Simon’s tenderloin salad, South Asian chicken and veggie skewers.
• This Allergic Life: a camera catches the drama - as a bee sting fells elite cyclist Katie Compton.
• Allergy News: Cat vaccine breakthrough, pot allergy smoked out; severe asthma study.

See more here: http://allergicliving.com/index.php/201 ... n-edition/

For condensed U.S. edition table of contents, see: http://allergicliving.com/index.php/201 ... s-edition/

When you finally get it - do let us know what you think! We heart reader feedback. :)

Good job, BC2007! Your wand seems to be in perfect working order....the filibuster is over. I forgot to renew my subscription, I must be depending on magic....I'll be on the phone tomorrow.....I think I'll send out another as a gift. Doctor and dentist offices, libraries.....really good places to spread the joy!

Some one said to me the other day, "Canada Post better watch it cause people will realize they don't need them much anymore." I reminded them of magazines, charities, gov't cheques, etc....but did mention that Air Canada Customer Service going on strike is somewhat funny.

Funny, my MedicAlert bracelets and EpiPen trainers are stuck in the post too! And I've been anxiously awaiting the new Allergic Living to arrive at my cousin's house so I can borrow it. Sounds like a great issue. :)

My twinject trainer came by courier! I'm not sure if this is how they always ship or if it's because of the strike but I was very happy to get it. It's so complicated... I think I might stick with the epipen for now

I was hoping my A.L. would arrive yesterday but it must not have been part of the 'dent' that Canada Post was said to have put into the backed up deliveries. Maybe today...... :bouncyblue

Ya know we're w/ya! Plus good news....went to Shoppers Drug Mart today, and there is the new issue! Bought it, came home, flipped through...looks so good and na, na, na, na....... I got it before anyone else for once :swing  Looks like lots of good reading (and eating :D ) :D Another home run, people!! :thumbsup Great cover too.

Reading the story on Katie Compton first. I'm so glad she's ok.

"In Canada, each issue of Allergic Living is also available in most Chapters and Indigo bookstores, and at many Shoppers Drug Marts and London Drugs stores.
Maybe I should just hangout at one of these stores...
