I'm about to post a CFIA recall notice. There isn't really a forum that seems like the *right* place for it.

Could we have a forum specifically for recalls? Because not all of them are specific to one particular allergen.

Or, if I'm just suffering brain freeze, tell me which forum seems most appropriate.....

AM,

Just placed one myself in "news" and I know what you mean.

Karen, should we add a section? Such as:

Allergy Alerts
Notices and warnings from government agencies or manufacturers.

I've found myself sometimes putting them in News, sometimes under a specific allergen (e.g. peanut allergies), but a central spot might be best.

Thoughts? g

Well that makes my point quite well.

I just posted the exact same recall -- under shopping. I did consider the forum you posted under.

Ladies, your wish is my command. :)

There is a new Allergy alerts forum at http://www.allergicliving.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=43 . I will move existing alerts over there - and if anyone finds a rogue alert in the wrong place, just PM me and I will move it.

I've also created a new forum called Hall of fame / Room for improvement at http://www.allergicliving.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=44 . Some members requested this awhile ago, and after some discussion, Gwen and I decided to give it a try. Let's just keep it constructive! :)

K.
