Hi Everyone...I just spent forever trying to log in...it just would not accept my username, password AND I must have typed in the code at least 40 times with no luck. This was using Firefox on a Mac. I then tried Safari and still had problems but it only took about 5 tries (username/password/code) but I got in. Is this a problem for people using Mac's or is it just me?

I've let Travis know that you're having troubles.
Glad you got through, eventually.

Eldi, That's unusual.

My computer is an iMac and I use Firefox, and have had no issues signing in. To test, I just logged off and back in - took seconds. So I'm not convinced this is at our end.

Question: Possible you had a minor server glitch in your area. e.g. At our office, we're on Bell modem/router (which I can't wait to get rid of for cable/wireless). The Bell frequently has a few seconds of interruption that are just enough downtime to mess up things like log-ins or paypal purchases.

If problem persists, just shoot me a pm and we'll get Travis to have a look. Thanks for the head's up all the same.

Hi Gwen and Susan...

I just logged in with only one try on Firefox...it didn't even ask me for the code this time...weird... Is it supposed to ask me to type the code every time?

Not if you checked log me on automatically.

After a few visits, it then ask you for the code as a safety check.

Glad it's working for you.
