Rolled Ginger Cookies

1 ½ Cup Margarine (Whatever kind is safe for you)
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Molasses
1 1/3 Cup Water
3 ¼ Cup Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt

Cream wet ingredients together. Add Dry. Separate into two discs. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or 3 hours. Roll to 1/8” thick. Cut with cutters. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8-10 minutes at 350.
