Oh my, I was exhausted! I was on my feet the entire time! The girls had soooo much fun though. :D
We made solid 3" Easter bunnies, huge chocolates filled with caramel and a few filled with coffee or vanilla flavoured fondant.

Mental note: Chocolate chips are dark chocolate and a little goes a long way in terms of caffeine! :freak

Netx time I would get a helper a ration of 1:2 is good and each group could make a different type of chocolate. All items to be equally divided and then traded for favourites. One adult is not enough to ensure molds are filled properly, everything is fair and licked fingers get washed before touching the utensils etc. It might be different amoungst the allergy community but these 3 friends don't have allergies and one was less familiar than the others. Fun way to teach it though!
