My daughter discovered that if you take...

1/4 cup of the "cheese", chopped
1 tsp soy milk

Microwave 30 seconds or so and stir.

You'll end up with a nice creamy sauce. You can pour this on tortilla chips or steamed veggies. I'm going to try and coat pretzels in it to see what happens. It becomes solid when it cools.

We do love experimenting in the kitchen. :D
