Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
(makes two standard pizza pan crusts)

1 tsp. sugar
1 ½ cups hot tap water
1 tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ cups white flour
2 cups whole wheat flour

In a small bowl measure out hot water, sprinkle yeast and sugar on top. Let sit 10 min.
Stir olive oil to yeast mixture.
In a mixing bowl mix 1 cup each of white and whole wheat flour, stir in yeast. Continue to add flour until a soft (but not sticky) dough forms. Drizzle 1 tbsp. veg. oil on dough, spread over dough and sides of bowl.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise 1 hour.
Knead and spread dough out onto greased pizza pans (margarine seems to work best).
Bake 350 for approximately 30 min.
