Hi everyone,

I have oral allergy syndrome due to pollen allergies that keeps me from eating most fruits, and I also have latex fruit syndrome that causes many vegetables to make me sick. I have concerns about my health and getting enough vitamins. I'm in college now and just feel kind of "bleh" all the time. I was wondering if anyone has advice about dietary supplements, like daily vitamins, that I wouldn't be allergic to and that would help me feel better.
