I would love to have an egg free sunbutter cookie recipe. Does anyone know of a good one? Thanks!

I just used my old pb recipe, substituted the same amount of Sunbutter and used for an egg replacement my standard ( 1 1/2 tbsp. veg. oil, 1 1/2 tbsp. water +1 tsp. baking powder. to = one egg

....and they do turn slightly green...this is normal so don't worry- even the cookies on the Sunbutter page have the same green tinge.

I don't have a regular PB cookie recipe. :(
I've never made PB cookies... ever.
