I love Egg Nog at Christmas, but with a child with severe egg allergies it's been off the menu for years... Until now!

- small package vanilla instant pudding.
- 8 cups skim milk
- dash yellow food colouring

YUM! And no fat to boot!

Add rum, nutmeg and enjoy!
And now that he's all grown up, he can enjoy it too!

Wow, great! Thank you for sharing! We are a resourceful and resilient sort... who would have thought that you could make EGG nog without egg!! Fantastic!

I think I found this idea in a low fat site....but it works! For me it's all about making it easy, and delicious!

Like last night, fussing over making a dessert that was gluten, egg and peanut/tree but free. Banana's Foster!

A dollop of butter, bananas sliced up and cooked for a bit, a couple of big handfuls of brown sugar, dash of cinnamon and vanilla. Cook a bit longer. Like 3-4 minutes total. A glug of brandy, flame it up and served of Chapman's vanilla ice cream.....YUM!!!! And so simple!
