I started an educational not-for-profit in Illinois, USA for food allergic individuals. It is the Illinois Food Allergy Education Association. www.illinoisfaea.org . It has a lot of information that anyone could use. Please visit the site. I also just had a letter to the editor printed in the online edition of the ChicagoTribune.com. It is available on the site. I'd be curious to receive response to it as I have had very few. I think the food allergy world needs to shake things up a bit. What does everyone else think?

Hi Julester - and welcome to the forum.

I fixed your URL - that might explain the lack of response to date!
