Hi,
Just a quick message to let you know of a new dining guide for people with food allergies that has just been lauched, and which might be hopefully useful to many:

http://www.specialgourmets.com

The guide is driven by the community of users, which means that it is users who add places, write reviews, etc. It started with around 800 places, but the idea is that it grows with the participation of the community (the idea is that there is no one better to know if a place is really safe for an allergy than someone who has been there). There are some others resources, such as the possibility to receive alerts when new places (suitable for a chosen allergy) are included in a chosen area, or alerts when new reviews are made, etc.
All the best! Cynthia
