I was just looking up what substitutes just the egg yolk. I found a health site where someone had asked that exact question, what gave me a good chuckle was the reply given. Someone suggested just substituting the egg yolk with a dalop of mayonnaise!!!
It made me chuckle and sigh all at the same time.
