Why does Easter's date change every year? Why isnt it on the same day every year? Also, who decides what day it is going to be every year?
Sorry, but I though about this the other day and its really been bugging me so I was wondering if anyone knew.

I checked Wikopedia. Here is a link to an explanation as to how the date for Easter is calculated. I'm not sure why the hyperlink doesn't work.
