Well, this just really sucks for them....but I am so glad they are all ok.
(Not surprised they had a safety plan)

That's awful. That must have really gone up quickly.

Some of you may recall that Trace has been an outstanding spokesperson for food allergies. His daughter has multiple allergies.

I was so impressed with Trace Adkins on "Celebrity Apprentice" a few years ago (the one and only season I tuned in because I knew he had a child with multiple food allergies). I agree, he really is an upstanding guy. He is such a strong voice and advocate for people living with food allergies. So unfortunate that his family's home has burned to the ground, but thankfully, they are all okay. That's what really matters the most.

I can't imagine, just awful.
Friends of ours here in Ontario lost their entire home Easter Sunday 2 yrs. ago. A friend driving by (who happened to be a volunteer fireman) banged on their door as they sat eating and told them their garage was on fire. By the time they got out their entire home was gone. They just last month moved into their new home on the same site. The emotional tole of the loss of personal items of the kids etc. was 100x worse than the year squished into an apartment etc..

I am so thankful no one in his family was hurt. Scary!!!
