Yes, we've been getting most of our post. Things that were sent before the strike has all arrived (Yay, I have my new MedicAlert bracelets), and even an Amazon order from last week arrived on Monday. It may be a bit slower than normal, but it's working. At least here.

don't use Canada Post much....and less now. have signed up for more bills to be received via e-mail. Our service here is never good. We joke that one day our carrier will be in the news for hiding mail in stead of delivering. One cheque took four months to get to us. another kept getting returned. The company finally sent it by courier, but included to original envelope marked "no such address" which was addressed correctly with our address. :dungetit

Personally, I think they should cut back to three day a week service and do it properly rather then five day a week and messy and expensive.

Btw, getting mail forwarded when someone moves or dies is very patchy as well.

sorry, maybe that belongs in a pet peeve thread. :oops

As far as I'm aware, our mail is caught up from the strike and lock-out.

Well, I thought my subscrip. had run out, so I went and bought one off the stand and lo and behold, got my mail today and there is another! Now, I have one to pass on :thumbsup All our mail seems to be getting here....but the unions and government are really gonna have to deal w/this pension thing soon....something has to happen.

On another note ....ya know how some times the magazines are in alphabetical order and AL is stuck up top w/other mags in front? Some times I rearrange...... :rofl  :pipe

MedicAlert told me to call them if mine didn't arrive within a week of the strike ending. Thankfully mine arrived the first day. You may want to give them a call and see where your bracelet is.

Yay, the bracelets get through. Hoping any magazine stragglers, too.

Alberta Advocate - there's a special place in my heart for those who make sure our mag doesn't get buried on the newsstand. :thanksign :huggy
