I want to start a list of lactose-free foods. Please feel free to add your find. My husband, my son, and I are all lactose intolerant, so we've searched far and wide for lactose-free foods!

Milk

skim, 1%, 2%, various brands, available everywhere (we used to use the drops to convert regular milk, but I'm just buying the already treated lactose-free milk these days because it tastes better!)

Cheese

- mozzarella cheese, 200g pkg, Irresistibles Bio Organics, available at Metro (a little hard to locate in the store, it's NOT in the deli area, but near the regular cheeses)
- white "Allergro" cheese (not sure what type of cheese this is, but similar to mozzarella), available in plain, herb & spice, etc., available at Superstore, etc. in the deli section
- smoked gouda cheese (various weights), will fill in company name soon, available at Superstore, etc. in the deli section
- jalepeno gouda cheese (varous weights), will fill in company name soon, available at Superstore, etc. in the deli section
- cheddar cheese, all types are good! (I find our family, with three lactose intolerant individuals can eat cheddar cheese
a- feta (again, I find lactose intolerant individuals can eat feta)

Yogurt

- Astro Biobest, individual small containers (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, peach combo pack)
- Astro Biobest, plain, large container (I use this to make smoothies, or tzaziki)

Ice Cream

- Chapmans lactose-free/sugar-free/peanut-free ice cream sandwiches
- Chapmans lactose-free/sugar-free/peanut-free ice milk fudge bars
- Chapmans lactose-free/sugar-free but NOT peanut free small tubs of ice cream

Sour Cream

- PC lactose free sour cream, available at Superstore, Fortinos, Loblaws
