Hi Everyone,

I have numerous allergies and intolerances so I have been eating a lot of rice. Anywhere between 1 - 3 servings a day. After hearing in the news that there is arsenic in rice I went to my doctor and requested the test. It cost me 67.00 which my insurance will cover. The test came back with high levels of arsenic in my blood and I don't know the exact number yet as I am scheduled to see her for further blood testing.

Here is an article from Consumer Reports that has a chart which gives reduced exposure amounts for adults and children.
