One of my son's friends, is allergic to raw egg and for their baking, they use one banana as a substitute for two eggs. Hope that helps!

Found out on Friday that my son is also now allergic to soy and peas!

Does anyone know of a chocolate chip that is both peanut free and soy free? So far I have had no luck! Baker's Secret and President's Choice Decadent Chocolate chips are peanut free or peanut safe but Baker's Secret is not soy free. I haven't had a chance to see if the PC one is soy free, but do any of you know since I see from this topic that some of you have bought the PC chocolate chips.

I am waiting with bated breath...

Yeah, the enjoylife foods ones are. I am pretty sure the PC ones contain soy lecithin.
