Talking Allergies

I found these at our local Independent (part of the Loblaws group of stores). There was a soy variety which was 100% milk free and a rice variety which was soy and milk free. I did not buy them since our family did not like the taste of the last 2 dairy free cheeses I have bought. Recently we found tofutti slices and there were not a hit. It is hard to find safe foods, pay a premium for them and then find out that my daughter won't eat them! The Independent also was carrying Enjoy Life products. The granola bars were on sale. My daughter did not like them either. My non allergic son did - it figures. My daughter has a taste for homemade items!! Has anyone else tried these Galaxy slices?

I've tried the Galaxy Slices and found them to be a little to "cardboardish". The only thing is that they do contain calcium, something that the tofutti brand doesn't. Also, the galaxy slices are also made on a production line which uses dairy, however a strict cleaning process is used to make the vegan products.
