Their website stills states they are a nut-free bakery.

If the packaging is not stating it, anymore I would probably make a quick phone call prior to purchasing anything...just in case.

Oh ya - I'm not implying that I think they're no longer "nut free" -- just giving the "heads up" that they've changed their packaging in my neck of the woods. Some people look for that "nut free" stamp before they'll consider buying so I thought it was important to note.

Like you say, diferent locations can have different productions. I was also thinking that it can take sometime for web pages to get updated.

Just to let you all know The French Oven also does custom order cakes for birthdays with disney themes and other shapes. Their cakes are reasonably priced as well since they are a commercial-wholesale bakery. Best of all they will deliver as well:)
