i foudn this SO cool i was at the grocery store today looking at the easter candy when i noticed a new rolo egg and was like hmm that's cool, and then i noticed on the black packaging a little yellow circle, and i'm like hmm i wonder if this a nut related thing.. and sure enough it was stating VERY clearly that it DOES in fact contain nuts.

well isn't that a lovely time saving measure for all the mommies who are looking for nut safe treats for their kids over easter, i mean seriously i had the prodcut in my hand more more then fifteen seconds and i knew that i could not buy this for a nut allergic child!

the other thing i loved about it was that kids could figure out on their own that it's not safe for them, and i thought wow, more companies should take the kind of insisative. of course the other thought going thru my head was i have to post this up on this board cause i thought it was just such a great little marking

It's so true.

The next best thing to a safe product is one that is clearly labelled as being unsafe!

Thanks for posting, dustytiger!
