1) Soy Vegan cheese?

My mom found some at her Loblaws in Gatineau, but I have yet to find some here, and my daughter loves it!!!

2) Wheat-Barley-Milk-Egg Free bread?

That is not hard as a brick. The only thing I found here was Rice bread, but it's so heavy and hard... I can't make a sandwich with that!

3) Non-Wheat Flours?
Corn, Oat, Potato, etc... That are not bulked, and safe...

Thanks,

Hi.
Have you tried Health Tree on St. Jean Blvd. in the West island.
It is a very large health food store with tons of fresh and frozen foods. It seems I have seen lots of vegetarian products there.

Hope this helps
