They have a great allergen list (posted below) for all of their products (contain & may contain). I spoke the company and they update their list if it changes.

We've tried the white cake and chocolate cake mixes (using soy milk and egg-replacers) and they turned out great, and were really yummy! I was glad that I could find a safe cake without having to grind my own flour! ;)

They have lists for both Canadian and US products.
