I found some chocolate pudding cups at Choices Market in Burnaby (near Vancouver) today and bought some to try. I just checked their website and they mention being free of lactose, dairy, cholesterol, gluten, eggs, casein, and peanuts (on this page: http://www.zensoy.com/health.html) and they in their FAQs, they also mention their facility is free of nuts: http://www.zensoy.com/faqs.html

And as a bonus, they're really good. I taste tested one tonight to make sure they were good before I offered them to my kids. There's also a chocolate/vanilla flavour, and they mention banana on their site but I didn't see it.

As an aside, I'd posted a few months ago about Glacee Soy ice cream, which I was thrilled to find, but I don't think it's been selling well, as every time I've gone back to buy it, there haven't been many in the freezer, and today there were none - boo hoo. This was also at Choices Market, but I haven't looked anywhere else yet.

Another important reason to share information about products we like...if the customer base is not very large stores may not carry it!

Sharing for self preservation is an interesting concept. Our children will be such super people - the world needs them! :)
