Does anyone know if Oil of Olay daily moisturisation contains nut oil?
I heard that it may. i sent an email to P&G North America and received the following response.

Thanks for contacting us.

I understand how frustrating it is to have allergies! We want to help and ask that you have your physician get in touch with us listing the ingredients you are allergic to, and the product you use that might contain them. I know this sounds unusual, but because of the competitive nature of our business, specific ingredient information isn't generally released.

Please have your doctor send a written request on office letterhead to: P&G, P.O. Box 599, Cincinnati, Ohio 45201.

Or if you prefer, fax it to us at: 1-513-983-2881

This is often the answer to general questions. It sounds as if the company is reluctant to release proprietary information.

You should be able to ask the if their product contains - - - (state the exact allergens you are avoiding). Offer to send a copy of your Dr's note advising of allergens.

I have called this company myself on the 1-800 number and gotten information. I agree with Susan--I just said "I am allergic to nuts, are there any nut oils in this certain product?", and they were able to tell me right away. Good luck.

Shairose,

I just said I am allergic to nuts, so wanted to make sure there were no nut oils etc. They said the product I was calling about had none.
